Sargent 8706J-96 is a 37"-42" wide Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device in Storeroom Function for 96" door heights, that has Hex Key Dogging, is handed and comes in US32D Satin Stainless Steel or US10B Dark Oxidized Satin Bronze Oil Rubbed Finish.
