The Von Duprin 9947 is a concealed vertical rod exit device. Like all 99 Series exit devices, it has a grooved mechanism case. The 9947 is UL listed for panic exit hardware and is certified ANSI A156.3 - 2008 Grade 1.

It is a 36" device and works on doors with heights of 80-100". 

The Von Duprin 9947 has the following features:

• US26D/626 brushed chrome finish

• Device ships EO/DT/NL. Field selectable. For TP, K or L remove the NL drive screw from the device.

  • Extension rod kits are available for doors over 8' 4" (2533 mm).
• Fasteners & sex bolts (SNB): Includes screw pack for 1-3/4" (44 mm) to 2-1/4" (57 mm) thick metal doors. Optional 425 SNB is available.
